A few weeks ago I shared our family photo outfits and now I am happy to share 

that our family photos are here and they came just in time to order our Christmas cards!!

I was so nervous about how they would turn out because both girls weren't having it that day. Not to mention it was a bit windy and my eyes kept watering.

Our photographers are an amazing married couple and they have never disappointed us. So I should have known not to worry because they always manage to capture beautiful photos.

This years photos came out so well and I love them so much!!

Now I get to anxiously wait for our Christmas cards to arrive!!

fall family photo outfits

Life has been pretty hectic around these parts! So hectic in fact, that I completely forgot about our fall family photo shoot tomorrow!  Thankfully our photography emailed a reminder. 
As I was going thru the rest of my emails I stumbled across an email from Old Navy with the deals they had going on this weekend! So I packed up both girls and jetted off to Old Navy right when they opened!! 
I found outfits for everyone in less than 20 minutes...and for under $100!!!!

Here is what we are going for this year...

The hubby will be wearing navy pants and I think I will throw on a scarf that ties in all the colors!! Not gonna lie but I was a little hesitant of how all the colors would look together but when they were put side by side I knew it was just right!

mom approved one-pieces

Summer break is quickly approaching and that crazy summer heat has been gracing our presence these last few weeks! Summer is my favorite because well that means pool and beach trips are coming our way! It also means I have to find myself a new swimsuit! 

The reality is, I am still not 100% comfortable with my body! Surprise surprise I am still carrying belly weight from my last pregnancy and I have stretch marks on my sides that I don't care for. I know I shouldn't care what other people think but truth be told I could careless what they think! However I still don't want some of my insecurities exposed. Not sure if that makes any sense. 

I started looking for one-pieces because I feel like they hold "Everything" in and I actually feel good about myself when I wear them. 

I hate saying "mom approved" because obviously anyone can wear one-pieces not just moms. But for the sack that I am a mom and I love all these suits makes it "mom approved"!

All of these suits have great details in their design that don't make them feel like those boring one-pieces from back in the day! 

I found these three from Forever 21 and they are all under $25!

I love them all but honestly only need one! So the winner is the Old Navy swim suit with the ruffle!!!

Can't wait to head to the beach in this little number :)

black friday goodies

This year I did my black friday shopping on Thursday afternoon from the comfort of my bed. Online shopping is the absolute best. I didn't get pushed or pepper sprayed and I got to wear pajamas.  I was able to get the best deals on clothes for the littlest member of our family. I swear I blink and the baby grows out of another size. So this mini Old Navy shopping spree was much needed for the little one.
To make sure I got the best bang for my buck, I went thru Ebates to get some money back on my purchase(and at the time I got 8% back). Not only did I get cash back but I also got $20 in Old Navy super cash! Win and Win!
